Mr. Naren Patel started as a pharmacist who slowly acquired medical centers, employing doctors and other medical staff before his involvement with Medstar Laboratory. Mr. Patel’s limited participation is due to his humanitarian efforts with which he spends much time allowing Medstar to take part in such organizations as Care & Share and Rainbow Push. One of his greatest accomplishments is having helped build a school in India for the underserved, in association with Care & Share. He also provides free health fairs throughout the communities we serve.

Mr. Neal Patel worked in the finance and technology industries prior to his venture with Medstar Laboratory. He brought with him 11 years of exceptional knowledge, having worked with technology giant Motorola. With Mr. Patel’s direct involvement in the business development team, we have implemented new and innovative techniques to enhance our retainment and acquisition of clients.

Mr. Raj Patel has worked in the medical field for the past 10 years. First having worked at Cook County Hospital as an Occupational Therapist, and then at Merck Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Representative before becoming Chief Operating Officer at Medstar Laboratory, Inc. Mr. Raj Patel’s medical background has allowed Medstar to keep up with the rapid growth experienced by the company allowing the internal operations to maintain a steady and efficient workflow.

Healthcare arena, a graduate from Indiana University BA/Marketing and later graduating from Illinois Medical Institute of Chicago, as a RCVT in Cardiology. Upon graduation, became the youngest faculty member at IMI of Chicago as the Directory of the Cardiology Program. John's impressive Bio began with Orsini Healthcare as the V.P. of Business Development, In January of 2000, John along with his partner founded the 500+ physician IPA, Apogee Health Partners in Chicagoland and is still in operations leading Chicagoland as one of the largest IPAs to date.

Charles Dressner, Medstar Laboratory's Director of Business Development since August 2004, leverages 42+ years of success in healthcare sales and marketing. With expertise spanning nursing homes, physician clinics, and hospitals, he ensures high-quality testing and personalized service across multiple states. Charles previously managed the phlebotomy team at Norsom Medical Laboratory for 20 years.

Niyat Chaudhari, Medstar Laboratory's CIO, spearheads technology integration, evaluating innovations to enhance strategy and operations. Collaborating with development and product teams, Niyat shapes Medstar's architectural roadmap. Integral to information security and compliance, Niyat, who started as a System Administrator in June 2018, ensures seamless collaboration with internal IT and cloud services

Mr. Robert Doran has over 25 years of Accounting, Management, and Tax experience. Robert Doran has worked in the Finance and Medical Management field as either the Chief Financial Officer or Financial Controller role. Previously Robert has served in the Executive role at several financial institutions as well as audit experience in a regional public accounting firm. Robert Doran brings a large amount of financial and operational experience to Medstar Laboratory.
